- Check if the camera has power.
- Check the WiFi signal strength when the camera is online. A weak signal can cause the camera to go offline.
- Verify if the WiFi name and password of the router have been changed. If they have, the camera will also go offline.
- Check if your phone or computer can connect to the WiFi and access the internet to determine if the WiFi network is functioning properly.
- Restart the device and see if it can reconnect to the network.
- Check the version information of the camera to see if firmware upgrade is required.
- Reset the camera and add it to the app again.
